Eligibility For University Examinations

  • As per GNDU requirements a student has to score minimum of 45% marks in each subjects in the House Test to make him/her eligible for University Examination in B.A., LL.B., (Five Years Integrated Course) B.Com., LL.B (FYIC) and LL.B., (Three Years Course)
  • Note: Attendance in the House Test conducted by the College in March/October is compulsory. Any student who fails to appear in this test will not qualify for the nal University examination

  • A student is admitted to the University Examination only when he/she fulls the above mentioned conditionsandhis/her formisaccompaniedby the following certicateby thePrincipal ofthe college. • That the students of B.A.,LL.B.,/B.Com.,LL.B/LL.B class (Semester System) has attended not less than 70% of the lectures delivered in each subject as well as in the moot-court room exercises, tutorials and practical training conducted in the subject taken together

Note : The student falling short of above stated required attendance shall not be eligible to appear in the nal University exam.
